Dawn Foods Koftas 1 packet
Onions 3 (chopped)
Tomatoes 3 (chopped)
Curd ½ cup
Coriander (chopped) 2 tablespoons
Ginger (finely sliced) 1 tablespoon
Red Chili powder 1 teaspoon
White Cumin 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala powder 1 teaspoon
Salt (as per taste)
Oil (as required)
Coal 1 piece


Deep fry the Dawn Foods Koftas in hot oil.
In the other frying pan light fry the onion.
Add tomato, salt, red chili, garam masala, cumin, curd and ginger and let them cook well.
Include a bit of water and prepare the gravy.
Mix coriander to the fried Dawn Foods Koftas and cook on light flame for 5 minutes.
Put a piece of bread in the middle of the pan and put a burning coal on it and pour a little bit of oil on it, and immediately cover the pan.
After a short while serve the Dum-pukht Dawn Foods Kofta.
