FISH FILLET WITH RICE AND RAITA
Dawn Foods Fish Fillet 7 to 8 pieces
Oil for frying
Rice 1 cup (boiled)
Carrot (chopped) 1/3 cup
Egg 1 (fried, chopped)
Peas ½ cup (boiled)
Spinach 2 leaves (chopped)
Curd 1 cup (whipped)
Cumin powder 1 teaspoon
Mint 1 tablespoon (grinded)
Cream 2 tablespoons
Salt (as per taste)
Fry the Dawn Foods Fish Fillet in hot oil.
Mix all the ingredients in the rice.
For the Raita mix the cream in the curd, add salt, cumin powder, and whip it.
Then mix the mint.
Take out the rice in a serving dish – Place the Dawn Foods Fish Fillet on the side.
As an option pull-apart the Dawn Foods Fish Fillet and add in the rice.
Serve with raita.
