NAMKEEN FRIED CHICKEN
Whole Chicken 1 (cut in pieces)
Curd 250 grams
Green Chilli 10 (cut)
Garam Masala powder 1 tablespoon
Garlic 4 pieces (chopped)
Chaat Masala (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
Oil for frying
Heat some oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the garlic.
Add the chicken, curd, garam masala powder, chaat masala, green chilli and salt and cook until the chicken is cooked and the masala has dried.
In another frying pan heat the oil and deep fry the chicken.
