Ingridients

Dawn Foods Kofta 1 packet
Potatoes 4 to 5 (cut)
Onions 3 (chopped)
Tomato 2 (chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste 2 tablespoons
Red Chili powder 1 tablespoon
White Cumin 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 tablespoon
Garam Masala powder 1 tablespoon
Salt (as per taste)
Oil (as needed)

Procedure

Stir fry onion in heated oil.
Add tomato, and grind these together to form a paste.
Stir fry ginger-garlic paste.
Add the grinded mixture and fry until golden brown.
Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and white cumin in 1 cup of water to form curry.
Place Dawn Foods Koftas in heated oil.
Deep fry potato pieces separately.
Add Koftas, potato pieces in the curry mix, and cook on low-medium heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Sprinkle garam masala powder on top before serving.
