Ingridients

Dawn Foods Chapli Kebab ½ pack
Onion 2 (chopped)
Garlic & Giner paste 1 tablespoon
Tomato 2 (chopped)
Eggs 3 (boiled)
Red Chili powder 1 tablespoon
Turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
Cumin 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala 1 teaspoon
Oil (as required)
Salt (as per taste)
Coriander (for garnishing)

Procedure

Lightly fry in hot oil the onion, garlic and ginger paste.
Add tomato, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin and garam masala powder, and cook together to form gravy.
Fry the Dawn Foods Chapli Kebabs and add the gravy and cook on low flame.
Arrange on the serving dish and add the eggs.
Garnish with coriander and serve.
