ANDA KOFTA

Ingridients

Dawn Foods Koftas 6 to 7
Eggs 6 (boiled & peeled)
Onions 3 (sliced)
Tomatoes 2 (chopped)
Curd 100 grams
Red Chili powder half table spoon
Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder half teaspoon
Oil as required
Salt as per taste

Procedure

Heat oil in a pan and fry the Dawn Foods Koftas.
For gravy fry the onions in the oil and take them out.
In the same oil mix the Ginger and Garlic paste, Tomatoes, Coriander Powder, Salt, Red Chili Powder, and Turmeric Powder and cook well.
Then include in it the fried onions and curd, and prepare the gravy.
Now add the Dawn Foods Koftas in the gravy and let it cook on low flame for a few minutes.
Once it has cooked then add the boiled Eggs, and serve.
